How Many People in a Charter

Anglers with striped bassCaptain Kirstyn with Bass

Your charter may consist of one (1) to a maximum of six (6) persons. Our Captains are licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard to carry six passengers and crew (this type of license is often called a 'six-pack'). Our crew consists of the Captain and Mate. On occasion, the crew may include a trainee.

Children, of any age, are considered a 'passenger.' Members of your party that do not plan to fish are considered 'passengers.' We can not sail with more than six passengers under any circumstances.

Multi-boat Charters: If your charter includes more than six persons, we can reserve an additional boat (or boats) for you. The Captains will work together and fish the same areas during your charter ...unless, of course, you are planning a tournament. In that case, the locations and strategies are up to you and your Captain - we love competition!

Split Charters: If your party consists of one or two people, you may wish to join one or two other people to share the cost of the charter. We currently do not provide this service, however, the Rock Harbor Charter Service (508-255-9757) can match you up with additional people and arrange a charter for you with one of their member charter boats.

Note: Liberty is not affiliated with the Rock Harbor Charter Service or Association.
